Fully cooked chicken tikka is made of chicken thigh to maintain the juiciness and tenderness of the product. A pack of 500 g consist of 13 – 15 pcs of tikka.
How to cook:
- Heat a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium flame. Spread out the chicken tikka in the pan and let them sear on all sides for 2-3 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C. Spread out the tikkas on a lightly greased baking tray and place it in the oven. After 2-3 minutes, flip them and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until ready.
