They are the perfect cut and thick or thin, bone-in or boneless these pork chops are prepared from the prime piece of meat at the loin, the strip of meat which runs from the pig’s hip to shoulder. The meatier cuts are prepared from the shoulder end of the loin which contains high fat content making the meat tender and less prone to drying out during the cooking process. These chops are great for slow cooking methods and can be easily grilled, roasted or pan-fried.

1) Place the packet in a large bowl and fill with cold water. Change the water every 30 minutes as the meat continues to thaw. It will take 1 hour to thaw 500 grams of meat.
