Refund and Cancellation Policy

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed.
Our products go through rigorous quality check before they are ready for dispatch. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during transit, you can request for a replacement or refund within 15 minutes of the product received by reaching out to customer care via phone or email.If there is any free product included as a part of the product ordered, you need to return the free product along with the originally delivered product.
In case of online payment, refund will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer’s account within 5 to 7 working days.
In case of cash on delivery, refund will be credited to the customer’s account as credit amount which can be used against any order in the future.
Replacement will be made the next day of the order delivered.
