All deliveries are made before noon of the next day of order placed. The meat is slaughtered and packed the same day and sent for delivery in order to make sure that only the tenderest of meats reaches the customer’s table.

However in the rare case that your product is damaged during transit, you can request for a replacement or refund within 15 minutes of the product received by reaching out to customer care via phone or email. If there is any free product included as a part of the product ordered, you need to return the free product along with the originally delivered product.
