The Gigg’s tenderloin is the perfect pork fillet. This long thin cut of pork is lean, delicate and boneless. It is cut from the rear of the pork loin along the backbone. It is tender and packed with subtle flavours. Also called the Gentelman’s Cut the tenderloin can instantly class up your dinner parties as elegant entrees. At the same time it is humble enough for the grill or the roast. This easy to cook pork cut is best prepared with accompanying sauces, spices stuffing or marinade. The best thing about the tenderloin besides its tender meat is that it is all protein.

 

 

 

 

INSTRUCTION TO DEFROST FROZEN MEAT:

1) Place the packet in a large bowl and fill with cold water. Change the water every 30 minutes as the meat continues to thaw. It will take 1 hour to thaw 500 grams of meat.
