The Ingredients required to make Creamiest Malai Chicken Dish at home is the 500 g boneless chicken cut into pieces or 5-7 chicken drumsticks and a few chicken wings, or you can take a whole chicken cut into pieces with bone, two teaspoon Ginger paste, one teaspoon garlic paste, two tablespoons Fresh cream, one tablespoon Almond paste, 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice, 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder, salt to taste, 1 Onion finely sliced, 1/2 cup Fresh cream, 1 cup Milk, 2 Cardamom powder Elaichi, 1-inch cinnamon stick Dalchini, two-bay leaf, two teaspoons Kasoori methi Dried Fenugreek Leaves, four teaspoon ghee.

Step 1: The First step is to clean and wash the chicken pieces thoroughly with water and then keep it aside after draining the excess water from the chicken pieces.
