Steps to make Mutton Ghee Roast Recipe

Step 1: In this step, the marinating procedure for the Mutton Ghee Roast Recipe gets underway. In a large mixing basin, whisk together all of the marinating ingredients.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir thoroughly.

After thoroughly mixing and rubbing the marinade into the mutton pieces, place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, if not overnight. The longer you marinate the mutton, the better it would taste and the better the texture, and it would be juicy.

Step 6: Cook the ghee roast masala until the ghee separates from the liquid, then add the curry leaves and continue to cook until the curry leaves are tender. On a low-medium heat setting, it should take roughly a few minutes to complete.

Step 7: Combine the ghee roast masala, pre-cooked mutton, and 1/4 cup of the pressure cooker liquid in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Don’t use too much stock unless you want a thick coating consistency for your mutton ghee roast; otherwise, useless stock. After you’ve added the jaggery, taste it and adjust the salt to your liking.

Step 8: Cook for a further 8-10 minutes on low heat, covered with the Mutton Ghee Roast Masala until the meat is tender. Keep the flame turned off for a few moments after you’re finished with it.
